Abetone Vittoria Factory Team dominates the 2025 Italian Enduro Championships
The 2025 Italian Enduro Championships, held on Sunday, September 28 in San Pietro al Natisone (UD), was a memorable event. With over 400 riders at the start, a 50 km course, 1,650 meters of elevation gain and 4 demanding special stages, the race pushed endurance, skill, and focus to the limit.
In this setting, the Abetone Vittoria Factory Team, with whom we have been a technical partner for over 3 years, achieved a historic result: three tricolore jerseys in the three main categories.
Tommaso Francardo: a triumph that makes history
In the men’s race, Tommaso Francardo dominated from the very first stages, building a gap that he managed all the way to the finish. With a total time of 21’32” and more than 33 seconds of advantage over the runner-up, he claimed the Italian National Champion’s jersey with authority.
For Francardo, this title is more than just a national achievement: it crowns an extraordinary season, highlighted by his 5th place at the Enduro World Championships in Alech Arena, Switzerland — the best result ever achieved by an Italian rider.
Nadine Ellecosta: reigning queen
In the women’s field, Nadine Ellecosta confirmed her dominance, finishing with a time of 25’19” and leaving the second place more than a minute behind. A decisive performance that underlines her international growth: after a season that saw her close 3rd overall in the Enduro World Cup standings, the tricolore jersey confirms her status among the strongest athletes in the world.
Matteo Falcini: the comeback victory
In the Junior category, the icing on the cake came with Matteo Falcini, who, after a break due to injury, immediately found his best form again and claimed the tricolore jersey with a solid and determined performance.
